This partnership is between our team and local distillery Manifest Distilling. The distillery provided a small-batch Rye barrel. We added our hyper-local Wildflower Honey blended with local farm fresh strawberries, which then was aged in the barrel. We have aged this honey since July 2020.

The honey is sweet with a mild strawberry flavor and a rye barrel age taste. Amber-tinted honey is rich in flavor, with specks of charred barrel notes, bringing out the richness of the honey. This is a small batch collection, for the avid honey lover. Hand-dipped in beeswax and labeled, a creative calibration with Manifest and Bee Friends Farm.
