At Bee Friends Farm, we stand behind the quality of our local honey and handmade products. If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items for a prompt refund or exchange within 30 days.

Refunds: Returned items will be credited in the original payment form (excluding original shipping charges and credit card fees).

Exchanges: If you exchange for an item of the same value, no additional shipping charges will be incurred.
How to Start a Return:

Get Authorization: Email us at hello@beefriendsfarm.com before shipping to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Mark Your Package: The RA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your box.
