This partnership is between our team and a local distillery, Burlock and Barrel. The distillery provided a small-batch Rye barrel. We added our artisan Orange Blossom Honey, aged in the barrel. 

The honey is sweet with a mild citrus flavor and a rye barrel-age taste. Amber-tinted honey is rich in flavor, with specks of charred barrel notes, bringing out the richness of the orange honey. This is a small batch collection, for the avid honey lover.
