- Every single bottle of honey that leaves the Honey House is filled and labeled by hand!

- We keep and maintain our own hives! We are at about 500 right now and our goal before the end of 2019 is 600.
- We send our bees 2,500 miles across the country to California to pollinate the almond groves!
- The Leach family started building bee boxes in 2009, then in 2013 we expanded into honey production!
- Our beekeeper, Michael Leach, mentors backyard beekeepers during the Jacksonville Beekeepers Association monthly sessions.
