January has seen some exciting projects come to fruition, and it's only the first two weeks!

Our hands-on Beekeeping Experiences started this weekend and we're celebrating with a little something to sip on! Our newest partners, Burlock and Barrel, have just debuted their newest spirit, Whim Jalapeno. It's one of their small, batch handcrafted (just the way we like it) whiskeys, with a swirl of our very own house-made jalapeno honey. 

The founders and distillers of Burlock and Barrel are some fantastic folks. They opened just before the holidays and the distillery is open for tastings and bottle purchases. Swing by and tell them we said hello!
