At Bee Friends Farm we pride ourselves on local, raw, Florida honey, but this Northern Buckwheat Honey steals our heart! We have a partnership with a Northern beekeeper to supply us with a little bit of Buckwheat honey because of its unique flavor and ability to soothe sore throats. 

• Buckwheat is extremely dark honey. It's perfect for those who love the taste of molasses, coffee, or stouts. 
• If you are feeling a cold coming on, take a tablespoon of Buckwheat Honey twice a day. 

Don't let the flavor profile of this intense honey scare you off. It may take a couple of tastes to acclimate to the flavor, but once you do it will be a favorite for a lifetime!
