Vendor Invitation and Registration:

Received a special invite from us? You're pre-approved to secure your space in The Buzzy Bee Marketplace by completing your payment. If you haven't been invited yet but are keen to join the buzz, please contact amanda@beefriendsfarm.com to request an application. Once approved, you'll be all set to showcase your products at our bee-utiful event!

Booth Details:

Each vendor space within The Buzzy Bee Marketplace is a 10x10 area, equipped with nearby standard power for your convenience. Please note, that tables and chairs not provided, allowing for a personalized and unique booth setup. We encourage incorporating bee-themed elements into your offerings and decor, adding to the festival's vibrant atmosphere.

Pricing and Space Options:

Secure your spot in The Buzzy Bee Marketplace for $150. If your ambitions are as big as our love for bees and require more space or visibility, don't hesitate to get in touch with amanda@beefriendsfarms.com to discuss larger spaces or special exposure options.

Setup and Social Engagement:

This year, vendors have the opportunity to start setting up on Friday, the day before the festival, ensuring everything is just perfect. Detailed move-in information will be shared in May. Once you've joined The Buzzy Bee Marketplace, we encourage you to create a buzz by posting on our Facebook event page.
